Job Summary
Factorial Studio is looking for a passionate and talented Game Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience in game development. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, coding, and developing engaging game projects that deliver memorable experiences to players. This role places a strong emphasis on creativity, a refined aesthetic sense, and a deep understanding of game flow and user engagement. While coding skills are important, a strong gaming intuition and artistic sensibility are considered even more valuable.

Key Responsibilities
You will contribute to the design and development of various game elements, including mechanics, graphics, sound, and other interactive features. Using popular game engines—primarily Unity—you will help bring these components together to create cohesive and immersive gameplay experiences. Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

In addition to development, you will be responsible for game testing and debugging, as well as optimizing performance to enhance the overall player experience. A particular focus will be placed on animation timelines and maintaining smooth game flow, which are critical to maximizing user engagement and aesthetic appeal.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months and 1 year of hands-on experience in game development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency with the Unity game engine, including practical experience in both 2D and/or 3D game development.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for games and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies.
- Creative mindset with an innovative approach to game design and development.
- Knowledge of SDK implementation is mandatory.
- A keen aesthetic sense is essential, especially in relation to animation on timelines and ensuring smooth game flow to boost user engagement. It is important to note that while coding skills are necessary, the role prioritizes a strong gaming intuition over pure technical expertise.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary in the range of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000.
