Job Summary
We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Sweeper to join our team at the Site Area in Karachi. This is a full-time, contract-based role with a fixed duration of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the assigned work environment, ensuring a safe and orderly site. This position requires on-site presence and offers a monthly salary of Rs 37,000. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out sweeping and cleaning duties consistently to keep the site clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Properly dispose of waste materials in accordance with sanitation guidelines to uphold hygiene standards.
- Support general maintenance activities as needed to assist with smooth site operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines while performing all cleaning-related tasks to ensure personal and team safety.
- Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues, hazards, or unsafe conditions observed during work to the relevant authorities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement is a High School diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of proven experience working as a Sweeper or in a similar cleaning role, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning tools and techniques.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at the designated location in Karachi.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedicated approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
