Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and resourceful TikTok Shop Expert / Virtual Assistant to oversee and grow our TikTok Shop and overall account presence. This role is essential to supporting our e-commerce efforts by managing daily operations, driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with TikTok Shop management, running TikTok Ads, and content coordination. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently while contributing to the team’s success in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the TikTok Shop account to ensure seamless operation and continuous growth. This includes uploading and maintaining product listings, managing pricing, and tracking inventory to keep the shop current and competitive.

A key part of your role will involve creating, launching, and monitoring TikTok Ads campaigns aimed at driving traffic and increasing sales. You will also assist in planning, scheduling, and posting engaging TikTok content that resonates with our target audience.

Analyzing campaign performance and shop metrics is crucial. You will provide actionable insights and regular reports to help refine strategies and improve results. Collaboration with influencers and content creators to promote products effectively will also be part of your duties.

Handling customer interactions such as comments and messages is important to maintain a positive brand image. You will respond or escalate issues as necessary. Additionally, you will provide administrative support related to order processing and logistics within the TikTok Shop.

Staying updated on the latest TikTok trends, features, and platform policies is essential to leverage new opportunities and keep our strategies relevant.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts and running TikTok Ads campaigns. A strong understanding of the TikTok platform and e-commerce best practices is essential.

Excellent communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to multitask and work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to managing daily operations efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
