Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and accelerate growth by leveraging lead generation platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals—while collaborating closely with technical teams to craft customized client proposals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to managing leads, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business prospects on lead generation platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and others. You will be responsible for managing CRM systems to effectively track, nurture, and close leads, ensuring a seamless sales pipeline. Working alongside technical teams, you will gather project requirements and develop tailored proposals that meet client needs precisely.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within the CRM is essential to provide clear visibility of ongoing sales activities. You will develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. Staying informed about industry trends will enable you to communicate relevant solutions effectively to prospective clients.

Continuous improvement of lead generation and management processes is expected to enhance overall efficiency. You will prepare detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for internal stakeholders. Diligent follow-up on leads is crucial to convert proposals into successful deals. Additionally, engaging in ongoing learning about emerging technologies and AI innovations will help improve the quality of proposals and client engagement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in business development or sales. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills are necessary to evaluate and interpret business opportunities effectively.

Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to craft and present clear, concise proposals. High levels of organizational and time management skills are required to handle multiple priorities efficiently. The ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is critical.

You must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A solid understanding of CRM software and lead management processes is also required to succeed in this role.
