Key Responsibilities
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Regus centre, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused environment that meets the highest standards of service. Leading a team of associates, you will inspire and develop their skills, fostering motivation and a commitment to excellence. Promoting Regus products and services will be a core part of your role, engaging both new prospects and existing customers by showcasing the benefits of flexible workspace solutions tailored to their business needs.
Generating sales leads is essential, and you will achieve this by organizing and hosting engaging networking events within the local community. You will also oversee client onboarding, coordinating move-ins and preparing essential materials such as welcome kits, badges, and access keys to ensure a seamless start for new members. Maintaining active engagement with members is critical; you will provide ongoing support, promptly address queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels to encourage retention.
Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with regional managers and fellow Community Sales Managers through regular meetings to share best practices and align operational goals. Additionally, you will supervise reception activities, assist guests with facilities including meeting room setups, WiFi, and AV systems, and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the centre.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, preferably in hospitality, events, or a related sector. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships with both customers and team members. Demonstrated leadership abilities are required, including the capacity to motivate and inspire by leading through example.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues will help you thrive in this role. A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are vital. Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT applications is also necessary to manage daily tasks efficiently.
