Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The sales professional will be tasked with conducting targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the company’s diverse range of freight forwarding services. Daily customer meetings are essential to foster and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Generating new sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up on company-provided leads will be a core part of the role. The candidate will also be responsible for converting prospects into loyal clients by effectively onboarding new customers and expanding the company’s client base. Additionally, preparing and submitting detailed sales performance reports to management on a regular basis will be required to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have between 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the freight forwarding or NVOCC sector, specifically based in Karachi. Strong communication and presentation skills are critical for this role, as they enable effective interaction with clients and the delivery of persuasive sales pitches. An extroverted and personable demeanor is essential, given the frequent socializing and relationship-building activities involved in the position.
