Job Summary
Enza Home, a distinguished name in luxury furniture, home décor, and interior design services, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Lahore team. This role demands a professional who thrives in customer engagement, possesses in-depth product knowledge, and applies effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing daily store operations, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Maintaining a welcoming, organized store atmosphere is crucial, alongside proactive customer follow-ups and excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships. Continuous development in time management and product expertise is encouraged to foster career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers by providing comprehensive product information and efficiently completing sales transactions.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing by receiving merchandise, arranging displays, and processing payments accurately.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring all items are properly tagged for easy identification.
- Oversee packaging and delivery processes to guarantee orders are fulfilled on time and without errors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective networking and personalized follow-ups via phone and WhatsApp, understanding customer preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate product features tailored to individual customer requirements, helping identify the best solutions.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to highlight product benefits and encourage customers to consider additional or premium options.
- Support customers throughout the purchasing and delivery stages by providing timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Sales Manager or Retail Manager to manage prospects, close sales, and meet overall sales targets.
- Consistently apply sales principles and customer service best practices to enhance the shopping experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Handle stressful situations calmly and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently by following instructions, routines, and standard operating procedures efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Rs40,000 - Rs50,000 per month
