Job Summary
The Executive, Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) at VentureDive plays a pivotal role in driving and coordinating learning initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals and foster a culture of high performance. This position is responsible for delivering impactful training programs, supporting organizational development efforts, and encouraging continuous learning throughout the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance employee capabilities, boost engagement, and facilitate effective change management within a fast-evolving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver a variety of learning and development programs, workshops, and training sessions designed to improve employee skills and knowledge at all organizational levels. Support key organizational development initiatives such as talent management, performance management, change management, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) efforts.

Assist in conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement at individual, team, and organizational levels. Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of L&OD programs, using insights and feedback to recommend continuous enhancements.

Help track and monitor the L&OD budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently. Maintain and update learning materials, resources, and knowledge management systems to keep content relevant and accessible.

Support the refinement of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews. Provide assistance in facilitating organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the company. Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on L&OD-related topics, escalating complex issues when necessary. Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in learning and organizational development.

Support the daily management and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth functionality and user engagement.

Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience:
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Learning & Development or Organizational Development. Demonstrated experience in supporting, coordinating, or executing L&OD programs such as Training Needs Analysis (TNA), engagement surveys, or competency mapping. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the technology sector.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR technology platforms. Working knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories. Basic understanding of train-the-trainer and coaching methodologies.

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Customer-focused mindset. Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
