Job Summary
Techsaur is looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our Bahadurabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients based in the United States. Your primary duties will include introducing Techsaur’s services, booking appointments, and conducting consistent follow-ups to nurture leads. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, confident on the phone, and comfortable working night shifts aligned with the US time zone to ensure effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cold Caller at Techsaur, your core responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective clients located in the US. You will clearly and professionally communicate the company’s services and offerings, following provided call scripts while remaining adaptable to different conversation scenarios. Maintaining accurate call logs and regularly updating the CRM system is essential to track progress and client interactions. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments or forwarding qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement. Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly calling targets is a critical part of this role to support the company’s growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with US-based clients. Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, specifically targeting US clients, is required to ensure familiarity with the nuances of this market. The ability to work night shifts aligned with the US time zone is mandatory, as this role demands real-time interaction with clients during their business hours. A minimum education level of A-Levels or a college degree is expected. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential to engage prospects and convert calls into meaningful business opportunities. Additionally, candidates should be reliable, punctual, and highly motivated to meet and exceed targets consistently.
