Job Summary
We are currently looking for a committed Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a contractual basis for a period of nine months. This role requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, in a fast-paced and dynamic clinical setting. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and delivering excellent patient outcomes. Candidates with 2-3 years of nursing experience are encouraged to apply, with a strong preference given to those who have expertise in emergency nursing.
Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in line with professional nursing standards. This includes conducting thorough patient assessments, administering prescribed medications, and closely monitoring patient progress to identify any changes in condition. The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes. Accurate and timely documentation of patient records is essential to maintain continuity of care and comply with regulatory requirements.
In addition, the nurse must respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, providing critical care interventions as necessary. Maintaining a safe clinical environment by adhering to infection control policies and protocols is a key part of the role. Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold at least a General Nursing qualification, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred. A valid Professional Nursing Council (PNC) license is mandatory to practice. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, demonstrating competence in patient care across various clinical settings. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, is required to meet the demands of the healthcare environment.
