Job Summary
GNO Partners, founded by two accomplished entrepreneurs with multiple successful exits in seven-figure Amazon brands, is seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Strategist to join their team. This fully remote position focuses on crafting tailored growth strategies for established Amazon brands generating $3 million or more annually. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Amazon PPC, fee optimization, listing enhancement, organic ranking, and financial analysis. Working closely with internal teams, you will deliver actionable brand insights and strategic roadmaps that empower clients to achieve sustainable, independent growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop customized growth strategies for six-, seven-, and eight-figure Amazon brands by leveraging provided data, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cross-functional collaboration. You will spend 4 to 7 hours daily conducting detailed brand analyses, producing 3 to 5 strategic recommendations per day, with each strategy requiring 45 to 90 minutes depending on complexity.

Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to uncover opportunities for profit optimization across advertising, fees, and offers. Conduct in-depth reviews of Search Query Performance Reports (SQPR) to improve both organic rankings and PPC campaign effectiveness. Utilize competitor research tools such as DataDive and Helium10 to identify keyword gaps and ranking opportunities.

Optimize conversion rates by refining pricing strategies, offer structures, and main image presentations. Audit and enhance PPC campaigns focusing on campaign architecture, keyword targeting, bidding tactics, and placement optimization. Implement advanced listing variation strategies aimed at boosting Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and organic search performance.

Identify and capitalize on fee-saving opportunities related to FBA, Referral, and Low-Price FBA fees. Structure deals and promotions designed to increase organic ranking and conversion rates. Manage reimbursement and reconciliation processes by detecting and correcting missed opportunities to recover lost revenue.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing or advising Amazon brands with annual revenues exceeding $3 million. Expert-level knowledge of Amazon PPC, including campaign setup, advanced bidding strategies, keyword harvesting, and placement optimization. Comprehensive understanding of Amazon fees (FBA, Referral, Low-Price FBA) and strategies to reduce or optimize these costs.

Strong expertise in organic ranking mechanics, leveraging the synergy between SEO and PPC. Proficiency in analyzing Search Query Performance Reports (SQPR) to inform and refine PPC and SEO strategies. Mastery of essential tools such as Helium10 (including Cerebro and Keyword Tracker), DataDive (for gap analysis and keyword clustering), and Sellerboard or similar platforms for P&L and profit optimization.

Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion rates and click-through rates through pricing, offer structuring, and creative testing. Experience applying advanced listing variation strategies to enhance organic ranking, ROAS, and overall profitability. Strong analytical skills paired with high business acumen. Expertise in competitor analysis and niche evaluation.
