Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Senior Technical Project Manager or Technical Project Manager with a solid foundation in computer science, software development, and data analytics project execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tackling complex business challenges and proven experience leading technical teams of up to 10 members. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage software development and data analytics projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to quality benchmarks. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to define clear project goals, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential to align expectations and resolve conflicts effectively. You will also develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management reports.

Facilitating transparent communication among team members is critical, as is promptly addressing any roadblocks that arise. You will apply Agile methodologies to manage project timelines efficiently and optimize workflows. Creating a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning will be a key focus.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to process improvements within the project management domain. Demonstrating dedication by going the extra mile, including working extended hours when necessary—especially during pre-sales opportunities—is expected.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of industry experience in project management within technology or software development sectors, with at least 3 years managing software development and data analytics projects. Proven experience leading teams of up to 10 members is essential.

A strong understanding of the ethical use of Generative AI (GenAI) and a commitment to applying it responsibly to optimize daily work is required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Candidates must possess solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with strong project management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to build consensus among diverse teams. A goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability for delivering results is critical.

The ideal candidate will be business-focused and inquisitive, eager to understand client challenges and how technology can provide effective solutions. A passion for new technologies and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and innovations is highly valued.

Overall experience should range from 8 to 10 years, including at least 5 years as a Senior Technical Project Manager, or 5 to 7 years overall with a minimum of 3 years as a Technical Project Manager.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 600,000. The work location is flexible and may require travel as needed. Applications close on July 19, 2025.
