Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Designer who can effectively blend creativity with user-centered design principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling assets for branding and marketing, as well as designing intuitive, attractive interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role demands a harmonious mix of artistic talent and technical expertise to create designs that enhance user experience while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Designing engaging graphics for both digital and print media will be a core part of this role. This includes creating social media posts, banners, brochures, and other brand collateral that resonate with target audiences. In parallel, you will develop UI/UX designs for websites and mobile apps using industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

You will be expected to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Collaboration is key, so working closely with development and marketing teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs is essential. Maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints will be a priority.

Additionally, staying updated with the latest design trends and UI/UX best practices is crucial to continuously elevate the quality of your work and keep our designs fresh and user-friendly.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in both graphic design and UI/UX design roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD—as well as Figma is mandatory. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in both graphic and UI/UX design projects is required to demonstrate your capabilities.

You must have a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually balanced and appealing designs. Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design methodologies is important to ensure designs function well across different devices. While not mandatory, basic familiarity with HTML and CSS will be considered an advantage, helping you better collaborate with developers.
