Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns through phone, email, and live chat channels. You will be responsible for thoroughly resolving customer issues, ensuring that solutions meet or exceed customer expectations. Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support is a key part of this role, helping customers navigate product or service-related challenges.
Accurate documentation and tracking of all customer interactions are essential, with timely follow-ups to guarantee resolution. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times is critical to fostering strong customer relationships. You will assist customers by offering clear instructions and guidance related to products or services.
Collaboration with team members and other departments is necessary to improve overall customer satisfaction. Staying up to date with product knowledge and new developments will enable you to provide informed support. For complex or unresolved issues, escalating them to the appropriate team or department will ensure effective handling.
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for clear and effective communication. Strong computer and technical skills are required, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities will help you address customer concerns efficiently.
You must be able to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Being tech-savvy and comfortable working across various platforms and tools is important. The role also requires the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging or high-pressure situations. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time, on-site position based at AECHS, Rawalpindi. The working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The monthly salary ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs30,000.
