Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and committed Site Supervisor to join our construction team based in Lahore, specifically at DHA Phase 4. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality and safety standards. This role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management:
You will supervise and coordinate all construction operations on-site, ensuring that work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Daily monitoring of progress is essential to keep the project on track.

Team Supervision:
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of skilled workers, subcontractors, and site personnel. Promote safe and efficient work practices by conducting daily site meetings to review progress, address challenges, and resolve issues promptly.

Quality Control:
Regularly inspect the quality of work to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Identify any defects or deviations early and implement corrective measures without delay.

Safety Management:
Enforce strict compliance with all safety protocols and procedures. Conduct routine safety audits and toolbox talks to foster a safe working environment. Investigate and document any incidents or accidents occurring on-site.

Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication channels with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and submit detailed site reports, including daily logs and progress updates. Engage with clients to address any site-related queries or concerns professionally.

Resource Management:
Efficiently manage on-site materials, equipment, and resources. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and monitor site expenditures to maintain budgetary control.

Required Qualifications

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.

Experience:
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably on large-scale projects. Demonstrated ability to lead construction teams and deliver projects on time and within budget is essential.

Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational capabilities are critical. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail are necessary. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications is required. Effective communication skills in both English and Urdu are important. A solid understanding of construction safety regulations and standards is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Certification in Construction Safety, such as OSHA or NEBOSH, is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications, ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
