Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and revenue growth, with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and the animation sectors. This role focuses on managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive business growth and meet key objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies aimed at driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and generating high-quality leads that contribute to revenue growth.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The goal is to maximize leads and sales through targeted and efficient ad spend.
E-Commerce Marketing: Utilize advanced tactics and tools to enhance e-commerce marketing efforts. Focus on increasing website traffic and boosting sales for online stores through data-driven campaigns.
Animation Industry Marketing: Create tailored marketing strategies specifically designed for clients in the animation industry, emphasizing lead generation and brand awareness to support sector-specific growth.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and click-through rates (CTR). Prepare detailed reports and adjust strategies to ensure ongoing improvement.
Audience Targeting: Conduct comprehensive audience research, segmentation, and behavioral targeting to ensure campaigns effectively reach and engage the intended demographic.
Cross-Channel Marketing: Manage integrated marketing efforts across paid, organic, and remarketing channels to deliver cohesive and consistent campaign execution.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, sales, and strategy teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring measurable and impactful results.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in performance marketing with demonstrable success in lead generation and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email marketing tools.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing, applying performance-based tactics to increase online sales.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ability to implement data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with expertise in interpreting marketing data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adwords for campaign tracking and optimization.
- Strong communication and project management skills to effectively coordinate campaigns and teams.
