Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Barista to join our team, responsible for preparing and serving coffee and a variety of other beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and a diverse range of beverages following established quality and presentation standards.
- Interact with customers in a warm, professional, and approachable manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace, including all equipment, utensils, and service areas, to uphold hygiene and operational efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies promptly to support uninterrupted service and smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain focus in a fast-paced setting without compromising attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service standards.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
