Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our vibrant marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing compelling social media content, branding materials, and various marketing assets that align with our brand identity. This position demands close collaboration with different teams to deliver visually engaging designs that support our marketing goals. Candidates must provide a portfolio or a link to their work, as applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other digital content that capture audience attention.
- Create branding materials suitable for both print and digital use, ensuring versatility and consistency.
- Maintain visual consistency across all design projects to uphold brand integrity and recognition.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop innovative design solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, integrating fresh and relevant ideas into projects to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory to create balanced and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Familiarity with video editing software is an advantage and will be considered a plus.
- This is a full-time role based in Karachi, located at C 36, Block 13-D/1, Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
- Working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
