Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and consumer insights that will inform and refine marketing initiatives. Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase visitor engagement. Manage Google Ads campaigns by crafting targeted ad copy and optimizing bids to maximize return on investment. Design visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Plan, create, and oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open and click-through rates through effective segmentation and messaging. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience and drive higher conversion rates. Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to assist with website updates and technical improvements. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in digital marketing, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates successful campaign execution. Proficiency in SEO techniques and familiarity with relevant tools is essential. Experience managing paid search campaigns through the Google Ads platform is required. Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are necessary to create engaging digital content. Excellent research abilities to analyze market trends and consumer behavior are important. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail, are expected. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects is critical. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. The position requires working the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a starting monthly salary of Rs95,000.
