Key Responsibilities
The Electric Preventive Maintenance Lead will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of electrical systems and components. This includes diagnosing issues with electrical control panels and field instruments to prevent downtime and maintain smooth operations. The role requires precise calibration of PID controllers, sensors, flow meters, and control valves to ensure system accuracy and operational efficiency.

Programming and troubleshooting PLCs is a critical part of the job, with experience required in Siemens, Delta, and Fatek PLC models, as well as Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). The candidate will also handle repairs and programming of inverters and servo drives from leading manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Lenze, and KEB.

Additionally, the role involves working on burner systems, including Maxon and Weishaupt models, and managing burner programmers like LFL1.335 and BRAHMA. Proficiency with specialized programming and diagnostic tools such as GX Works2/3, MR Configurator, and MT Developer2 is essential to effectively perform these tasks.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering. A minimum of five years of practical experience in industrial automation and drives is required to ensure the candidate can handle the technical demands of the position.

Strong knowledge of sensors and communication protocols such as Profibus, CANbus, and fiber optics is necessary. Additionally, familiarity with calibration standards is important to maintain system precision and compliance with operational requirements.
