Job Summary
ABS International, a rapidly expanding industry leader, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for proactively acquiring international clients through targeted outbound sales calls. This involves identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships, and skillfully negotiating contracts to consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets. Meeting and surpassing challenging monthly sales quotas will be a critical part of your role, requiring persistence, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in international sales or a strong background in outbound calling, preferably within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills are essential to effectively engage with clients across diverse global markets. We seek highly self-motivated, target-driven individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving outstanding sales results and contributing to the company’s growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
ABS International offers a competitive fixed basic salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, complemented by unlimited performance-based bonuses and commissions, providing significant earning potential. Work Details
This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site at our Gulistan-e-Johar office in Karachi. The role requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, aligning with the time zones of our international clients to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
