Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our vibrant team based in Gulberg, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive monthly salary between PKR 120,000 and 150,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing modern, interactive websites and sales funnels that elevate digital presence and deliver engaging user experiences. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to create user-centered interfaces that align with business objectives and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
Designing user interfaces for landing pages, websites, and mobile applications will be your primary focus, utilizing Figma and other design tools. You will manage design projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with client goals. Developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate design ideas is essential. Additionally, you will conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical to ensure smooth integration of design and development efforts. Proficiency in motion graphics tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is considered an advantage and will enhance your contributions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in UI/UX design is required. Expertise in Figma for creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes is essential. Strong English communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly are vital. You should have a deep understanding of design principles, usability standards, and user-centered design methodologies. The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is a valuable plus.
