Job Summary
TAB Developers is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join their team in Lahore Cantt on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in financial operations and ERP systems, taking full ownership of daily accounting activities within a growing real estate company. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the company’s financial health by managing bookkeeping, vendor relations, tax compliance, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for updating bank ledgers and accurately recording daily transaction entries. They will prepare and reconcile weekly bank statements to ensure all financial data is precise and up to date. Maintaining full-cycle bookkeeping and comprehensive financial records is essential to this role.

Managing vendor payables and receivables efficiently is a key part of the position. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, track outstanding dues, and maintain clear payment schedules to ensure smooth financial operations. Supporting the Accounts Manager with financial reporting, audits, and documentation will also be required.

Handling tax-related matters is another important responsibility. This includes managing tax filings, maintaining proper documentation, and liaising with tax consultants to ensure compliance. The role also involves managing petty cash and performing monthly reconciliations to maintain accurate records.

Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) is critical. The Senior Accounts Executive will maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software are essential. Proven expertise in vendor management, payables/receivables, and tax compliance is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory. Professional certifications such as ACCA or CA Inter are preferred and will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting is necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet tight deadlines.
