Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
Mashkraft, a Canadian technology studio with a development hub in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a highly creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities
As a Junior UI/UX Designer at Mashkraft, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to craft user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your daily tasks will include creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes, primarily using Figma. You will translate product requirements and conceptual ideas into engaging, functional, and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience.

You will also participate in user research and usability testing when needed, helping to refine and improve designs based on real user feedback. Maintaining design systems, component libraries, and UI standards will be part of your role to ensure consistency across all products. Ensuring that designs are responsive and perform well across various platforms and devices is essential. You should be open to constructive feedback and able to iterate quickly while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Figma, supported by a portfolio that clearly demonstrates UI/UX design skills. A basic understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows is necessary. We seek individuals with a creative mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for improving user experiences.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are important, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the ability to accept and apply constructive feedback to refine your work is essential for success in this role.
