Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing short films and videos using AI-driven photo and video generation tools. This includes refining AI-generated content to craft engaging, high-quality visuals that effectively communicate Tether’s brand messages. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to develop video concepts that align with the brand’s tone and visual identity across Tether and its affiliated brands.

Staying current with the latest AI filmmaking tools and techniques is critical, as you will integrate these innovations into the creative workflow. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality is a key part of the role. You will also be encouraged to experiment with creative formats, styles, and effects to produce unique and memorable content that stands out in the fintech space.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in video production and editing, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases their skills. Proficiency with AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL-E, or similar tools is essential. Expertise in professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is required.

Strong creative storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition and detail are necessary to succeed. You should be able to quickly conceptualize and execute ideas using AI tools. Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ability to tailor video content for various social media platforms is important. Excellent project management and organizational skills are required, with the ability to work independently and consistently deliver on deadlines.
