Within the HR transformation and technology space, we focus on improving the efficiency and impact of HR functions and related technologies. This includes evaluating HR processes, policies, and systems, and leading clients through HR transformation initiatives, technology implementations, and service delivery model improvements. In this role, you will engage with diverse clients and teams, navigating various challenges and project scopes while consistently delivering high-quality solutions that add value and support team success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consulting services focused on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery model enhancements. You will analyze client HR processes, policies, and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop people and organization strategies aligned with business goals.
Support clients in optimizing workforce effectiveness and enhancing employee engagement by applying best practices and innovative solutions. Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, adapting to different client environments and challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, managing your workload to deliver quality results on time. Maintain professional and technical standards by adhering to PwC’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
Continuously seek feedback and reflect on your performance to drive personal and professional growth. Build commercial awareness by gaining a deep understanding of clients’ business operations and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, or be recent graduates with a degree in HR or a related discipline. A strong learning mindset and the ability to take ownership of your development are essential.
Effective communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of ideas, are required. You must be able to gather and analyze information from multiple sources to identify patterns and insights.
A commitment to understanding business operations and building commercial awareness is important. Familiarity with HR consulting concepts such as business partnering, change management, HR policies, and HR technology is expected.
Adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience or knowledge in HR due diligence, HR metrics, HR project management, and HR service delivery will be advantageous. Skills in business coaching, emotional regulation, empathy, and fostering inclusion are highly valued.
Intellectual curiosity and openness to diverse perspectives are important traits for success in this role. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively is preferred.
Understanding HR technology roadmaps and solution architecture, along with familiarity with industry trend analysis and business transformation initiatives, will strengthen your candidacy.
