Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding support and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems will be key to enhancing our customers’ overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Understanding the customer’s concerns thoroughly is essential, as you will identify and resolve product or service issues by determining the root cause. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and processes is a critical part of your role.
Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed is also important to maintain high satisfaction levels. You will maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement and future reference. Additionally, collaborating with various internal departments will be necessary to help enhance the overall customer experience and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in customer support or a client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively is essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or Freshdesk is required to navigate and document customer interactions efficiently. A minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma is necessary.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month, reflecting your skills and experience.
