Job Summary
Sidat Technologies & Digital, a prominent provider of technological and digital solutions, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female HR Intern to join their vibrant team in Karachi. This full-time internship spans three months and offers practical exposure to diverse HR functions. It is designed primarily for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into permanent roles based on their performance. This role provides a valuable platform to learn modern HR practices and develop professionally within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Intern will assist with the complete recruitment cycle, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules. They will support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and facilitating new hire welcome activities. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel files is a critical part of the role.

Additionally, the intern will contribute to employee relations efforts and help implement HR policies. Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is essential. The role also involves supporting HR compliance activities and managing documentation related to these processes. The intern will assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and coordinating HR events to foster a positive workplace culture.

Administrative duties and special projects assigned by the HR team will also form part of the internship. Furthermore, the intern will support the preparation of HR reports and maintain attendance records, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or institute, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though prior internships or experience in HR will be considered an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables. Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu, both written and verbal, are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction across all organizational levels.

Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn HR best practices are crucial. The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently is important. Candidates must exhibit a professional demeanor and uphold strong work ethics throughout the internship.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment practices will be advantageous. Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or other HR software applications is preferred. Knowledge of recruitment techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employee lifecycle management will add value.

Understanding payroll processes and benefits administration is also beneficial.
