Job Summary
We are looking for a committed full-time professional to oversee content posting and customer engagement across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is crucial in executing marketing strategies that enhance audience interaction and drive sales growth. Additionally, the position involves providing chat support and managing order tracking to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role is office-based, located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for posting content and actively responding to comments on various e-commerce and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Daraz, TikTok, and other similar websites. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost audience engagement and increase sales is a core part of this role.
Managing order tracking is essential to ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction. The candidate will also provide prompt chat support across different e-commerce channels, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Regular preparation of reports analyzing sales performance and customer service metrics will be required to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in managing content and customer interactions on e-commerce platforms. A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and their practical application to increase sales and engagement is essential.
Excellent communication skills are required to deliver effective chat support and maintain high standards of customer service. The ability to accurately track and report on orders and sales data is also critical.
This is a full-time office-based position, so candidates should be comfortable working consistent hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with multiple social media and e-commerce platforms will be highly advantageous. Experience in sales reporting and customer service analysis will also be considered a plus.
