Job Summary
Hammani Tech, a prominent IT services company specializing in web development, software solutions, digital marketing, and graphic design, is looking for a dedicated full-time Web Developer to join its team at the head office in Pakistan Town Phase 2, PWD Islamabad. This is an on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Candidates living near PWD Islamabad are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, responsive websites that provide seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive websites using the latest web technologies, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers. Write clean, well-organized, and efficient code primarily in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Work extensively with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow; experience with Wix is considered a plus. Collaborate closely with design teams to convert mockups and wireframes into fully functional, visually appealing web pages. Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and other web services as required to enhance website functionality. Conduct regular website maintenance, including debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in web development to continuously improve skills and project outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of professional experience in web development, including hands-on work with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or custom-built websites. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques is essential. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or React will be advantageous. A strong understanding of UX/UI principles with keen attention to design details is required. Experience working with various CMS platforms and web builders is necessary. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is critical. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL is preferred to support back-end development tasks. Experience with API integration and RESTful services adds value. Understanding SEO fundamentals, including schema markup, is beneficial. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop is an advantage. Skills in web performance optimization and creating responsive UX/UI designs are highly desirable.

Hammani Tech offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000 on a 12-month contract basis.
