Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Participants will learn and apply core concepts related to the Amazon Marketplace, including both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) models. They will conduct thorough product research and validation using industry-recognized techniques to identify viable products. Keyword research and product listing optimization will be integral parts of the training, aimed at improving product visibility and sales performance.

Managing inventory and processing orders efficiently will be a key focus, alongside setting up and managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase sales. Trainees will analyze competitors to develop competitive pricing strategies and maintain the overall health of Amazon seller accounts. Providing excellent customer service and implementing effective product launch strategies will also be emphasized.

The program includes real-time store operations through case studies, allowing participants to apply their learning in practical scenarios. Additionally, the training will foster essential soft skills such as communication, reporting, and teamwork, which are critical for success in any professional environment.

Required Qualifications
This program is open to final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who have a keen interest in e-commerce. A basic understanding of digital tools, including Excel and browser-based applications, is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate strong dedication and commitment to complete the entire 6-month training program successfully.

This is a full-time, on-site training program based in Lahore at High Q Tower. The working hours are from 6 AM to 2 PM, operating on a morning shift schedule.
