Job Summary
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd., a well-established company headquartered in Karachi, is looking to hire an Assistant Manager Finance for its Accounts & Finance Department at the Head Office. Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including the use of SAP Business One (SAP B1) to manage financial operations and generate accurate reports. Preparing monthly profit and loss statements is a key part of the role, alongside producing detailed financial reports on both a monthly and yearly basis to support management decision-making.

Budgeting and forecasting are critical functions, requiring the candidate to develop and oversee these processes to ensure financial targets are met. The role also involves performing bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Coordination with auditors is essential, as the Assistant Manager Finance will support both external and internal audit activities, ensuring compliance and transparency. Additionally, the candidate will monitor and control store issuances to maintain proper inventory accountability, safeguarding company assets.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold an MBA in Finance and be part-qualified ACCA professionals. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this position.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges from PKR 120,000 to PKR 150,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
