Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Industrial Engineer to join our team, focusing specifically on optimizing washing processes within our production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring washing operations to boost efficiency while reducing chemical and water consumption. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth workflows, meet operational goals, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze washing processes in detail to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and minimizing the use of chemicals and water.
- Perform time and motion studies to assist in line balancing and eliminate activities that do not add value to the process.
- Develop and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all washing operations, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with production teams, quality assurance, and washing personnel to maintain seamless workflows and achieve set performance targets.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate reports on washing performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), chemical usage, and rates of rework or rejection.
- Actively participate in lean manufacturing projects and continuous improvement efforts within the washing section to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure all washing activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Proven experience in process analysis, conducting time and motion studies, and developing SOPs is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
