Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Inbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, skillfully converting them into sales by understanding their needs, providing accurate product information, and closing deals effectively. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound calls, engaging potential customers to assess their needs and interests. You will educate customers about our products and services, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential, including proactive follow-ups to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business. You will be expected to consistently meet or surpass sales goals and provide regular progress updates to senior management. Collaboration with other internal teams is crucial to ensure customer expectations are fully met and exceeded.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within US Cable Internet Sales. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to establish rapport and build trust with customers. Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is required to efficiently manage customer interactions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities, are necessary to multitask and prioritize effectively. Flexibility to work permanent night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in US Telecom Sales is highly preferred. We offer a competitive salary package of up to Rs 250,000 per month, which includes a basic salary of Rs 120,000 plus uncapped commission, providing substantial earning potential.
