Key Responsibilities
The Digital Media Executive will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and audience engagement. You will oversee social media strategies across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns will be a core part of your role, with a focus on maximizing reach and campaign effectiveness. Daily content creation, editing, publishing, and sharing will be essential to keep the audience engaged and active.
You will also manage the organization’s website, ensuring that content is current, relevant, and aligned with overall marketing objectives. Developing and implementing SEO strategies—including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO—will be critical to improving search engine rankings and boosting online visibility.
Engagement with the online community is vital, so you will monitor and respond promptly to follower queries and customer reviews to foster positive relationships. Additionally, leveraging your graphic design and video editing skills, you will create compelling visual content that supports and enhances marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or Digital Marketing Executive is essential.
You should possess strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including familiarity with search engine algorithms and the latest industry trends. Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques is required to effectively improve website performance.
Excellent creative content writing skills are necessary, with the ability to produce engaging, relevant, and audience-focused material. A good understanding of graphic design and video editing tools is also important to create visually appealing content.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with an analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position based at P.E.C.H.S - Tariq Road. The salary range for this role is Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month. Interested candidates should submit their applications by 16th June 2025.
