Job Summary
Sparking Asia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join its vibrant team at the Rawalpindi office. This full-time, onsite role operates Monday through Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation is essential to support organizational needs. The role also involves assisting with performance evaluations and supporting broader HR operations to ensure alignment with company goals.

Additionally, the HR Executive will play a key role in facilitating employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and motivating work environment. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures is critical to maintaining operational integrity and a fair workplace.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
