Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) with 2-3 years of experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of major bidding platforms and technology stacks, alongside a proven ability to identify and secure dedicated clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to engage clients effectively and build lasting business relationships. This role demands a self-motivated professional who consistently meets and exceeds targets while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Bidding Platforms Expertise:
Utilize platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other relevant portals to identify and secure IT projects. Develop and execute strategic approaches for proposal submissions to enhance win rates and maximize project acquisition.

Technology Stack Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various technology stacks, including front-end, back-end, and full-stack development. Be familiar with popular frameworks, programming languages, and tools prevalent in the IT industry. Clearly communicate technical requirements and project scopes to clients to ensure alignment and transparency.

Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify potential clients and customize solutions that address their unique needs. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, focusing on securing dedicated clients to foster sustained business partnerships.

Communication & Negotiation:
Handle all client communications with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and trust. Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines to reach agreements that benefit both the client and the company.

Market Research:
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance company services based on client feedback and evolving market demands.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with technical and design teams to guarantee successful project delivery. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Officer or in a similar role within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in using bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
- Strong knowledge of various technology stacks and IT solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and secure dedicated clients.
- Self-motivated with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the IT industry with a solid understanding of web and software solutions will be advantageous.

Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to Rs100,000 per month, along with a 3% to 5% commission on withdrawals. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, salary increments, a supportive learning environment, CC fund, meal provisions, health insurance, and fuel allowance. The role requires in-person attendance at the office.
