Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Graphic & Video Editor to become a vital member of our growing creative team. In this role, you will design captivating visual content and produce high-quality videos tailored for diverse platforms such as social media, websites, product demos, and advertisements. Your creative output will significantly contribute to strengthening our brand identity and supporting marketing, content development, and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating graphics across both digital and print media. This includes designing social media posts, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging materials. Maintaining brand consistency is essential, so you will develop and manage brand elements like logos, icons, typography, and color schemes to ensure a unified visual language across all assets.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to fully understand project goals and deliver compelling visual solutions that meet those objectives. Your designs will extend to websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, ensuring all visuals are engaging and aligned with the brand.
You will also prepare designs to be print-ready, ensuring they are formatted correctly and meet technical specifications for various platforms. Feedback will be integrated promptly, with revisions made as needed to satisfy project requirements. Adhering strictly to brand guidelines will be critical to maintain a cohesive and professional appearance across all materials.
In addition to graphic design, you will handle video editing and motion design tasks. This includes transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos for marketing campaigns, tutorials, social media, and internal communications. You will create motion graphics and animations that enhance digital campaigns and presentations.
Adding audio elements such as music, voiceovers, sound effects, and subtitles will be part of your responsibilities to boost video engagement. Videos must be optimized for multiple platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You will also develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards to establish a clear visual direction for video projects.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in both UI/UX design and video editing/motion graphics. Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar software is essential. Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop are required to produce high-quality visual and video content.
A strong creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail is critical. You should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting constructively to feedback. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM. We strongly encourage female applicants to apply. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000. The work location requires physical presence, and the application deadline is 20th June 2025.
