Job Summary
Rising Tech Solutions, a fast-growing digital agency serving clients worldwide, is looking for a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team on-site at DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality design projects that combine creativity with precision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma, supported by a robust portfolio highlighting work in brand identity, packaging, product imagery, and web interface design.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across various platforms. This includes developing compelling visuals for websites, product pages, and digital marketing campaigns. The role involves designing logos, product packaging, and other branding materials that align with client objectives. Managing design projects from concept through to final delivery is essential, ensuring each project meets quality standards and client expectations.

Additionally, the designer will craft high-converting landing pages tailored to specific marketing goals. Production of infographics, social media content, email templates, and booklets will also be part of the daily workflow. Collaboration is key in this role, requiring close work with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to translate briefs into impactful visual assets that resonate with target audiences.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, especially for packaging and branding projects. Expert-level skills in Photoshop are necessary for image editing and creating innovative compositions. Experience with Figma is required for website UI/UX design and crafting email layouts. A strong sense of visual storytelling and an up-to-date understanding of design trends are critical to producing unique, clean, and conversion-focused designs.

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential to ensure effective communication within cross-functional teams and with clients. The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines is also important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role is based on-site at Rising Tech Solutions’ office in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, and is part-time, requiring approximately 25 hours per week. The position offers competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
