Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire air ticketing process for both domestic and international travel efficiently and accurately. You will utilize Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre and Galileo to book and issue tickets, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly. Staying informed about the latest travel and tourism trends is essential to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.

Additionally, you will coordinate hotel bookings using various hotel portals and booking engines, maintaining seamless travel arrangements for clients. Maintaining a professional and polished communication style when interacting with clients and team members is critical. You will also apply creative problem-solving skills to quickly resolve booking issues and respond to client queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Effective time management is crucial, as you will be expected to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Your ability to organize your workload and prioritize responsibilities will contribute significantly to the team’s overall success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in air ticketing, demonstrating a thorough understanding of both domestic and international ticketing procedures. Proficiency in travel software and GDS platforms, specifically Sabre and Galileo, is required to perform the job effectively.

Strong computer skills are necessary to navigate various booking engines and hotel portals with ease. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for clear and professional interactions with clients and colleagues. Candidates should also possess strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to efficiently manage their workload.

The ability to present information clearly and professionally is a key requirement, ensuring that clients receive accurate and understandable travel details.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in travel agencies, as this background aligns well with the demands of the role. The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.
