Job Summary
XenMD, a leading healthcare support company specializing in medical billing, insurance credentialing, and digital marketing services for healthcare providers, is seeking a talented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join its in-house creative team. Based in Bahria Town, Phase 7, Rawalpindi, this role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about storytelling through video and graphic design. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing healthcare and corporate branding to life by producing fresh, engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences. Working closely with the marketing and operations teams, the Video Editor cum Graphic Designer will ensure all content aligns with XenMD’s brand messaging and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for editing a wide range of video content, including promotional videos, client testimonials, training materials, and social media clips tailored for XenMD and its clients. Alongside video editing, the role requires designing visually compelling graphics such as infographics, reels, thumbnails, and social media posts that effectively communicate key messages. Collaboration is essential, as the candidate will work closely with marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and execute creative visual content that supports business goals.

Maintaining brand consistency is crucial; therefore, the candidate must ensure all video and graphic designs adhere strictly to established brand guidelines. Additionally, the role involves animating graphics and applying motion design techniques when necessary to enhance viewer engagement. Efficient organization and management of multimedia files are required to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow. Required Qualifications
