Job Summary
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is actively seeking motivated Sales Closers, both male and female, to join an in-house international campaign operating on a night shift schedule. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be comfortable engaging potential customers over the phone to present and promote the company’s products and services. This role primarily involves closing sales deals, managing escrow transactions, and providing outstanding customer service. It is a full-time position, with transportation provided exclusively for female employees. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving the company’s business objectives and supporting its rapid and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and convert qualified leads into finalized sales.
- Oversee the escrow process to ensure secure and seamless transactions for customers.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of marketing, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques to maximize sales outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to maintain high client satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills is essential.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and evolving product offerings.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with fundamental marketing and sales principles, including negotiation tactics.
