We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in trend-driven products, scaling rapidly through social media, compelling visuals, and ad creatives that truly convert. We are looking for a creative powerhouse with sharp taste, edge, and vision—someone who can elevate our brand beyond ordinary design. This role demands crafting visuals that feel like ads people actually want to see, blending graphic design, motion graphics, 3D elements, and AI technologies. You will be responsible for creating product visuals, ad creatives, landing page assets, social media posts, and AI-driven product videos, acting as the visual engine behind campaigns that transform products into memorable brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scroll-stopping visuals for Meta and TikTok ads, product launches, and content marketing campaigns.
- Develop 3D mockups, dynamic product displays, and movement-rich graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Create emotion-driven visuals that align closely with product purpose and resonate deeply with target audiences.
- Utilize AI tools to support concept development, visual enhancement, video creation, and idea exploration.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support ad testing and iterative creative improvements.
- Stay ahead of trends by thinking virally and culturally relevant, avoiding corporate or conventional approaches.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong visual sensibility combined with emotional intelligence to understand what drives audience engagement.
- Ability to think beyond traditional design, focusing on what makes people stop, click, and connect emotionally.
- Proficiency in moving seamlessly from concept through design, animation, and iterative refinement.
- Experience with key design and motion software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with video editing software like Runway or DaVinci Resolve.
- Comfort and creativity in using AI and generative tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway ML, Kaiber, and ElevenLabs.
