Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our on-site team in a full-time capacity. This role involves managing and mentoring an in-house marketing team dedicated primarily to U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and campaign strategy. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing plans while guiding a team of specialists to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
As the Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will oversee a diverse team that includes digital marketers, SEO specialists, designers, and content writers. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored specifically for the U.S. market, driving both performance and growth.
You will manage all SEO-related activities such as keyword research, technical SEO, link building, and performance reporting to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, aiming to maximize return on investment.
Analyzing campaign data will be a critical part of your role. You will utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Search Console to gather insights and inform strategic decisions. Task assignment, progress monitoring, and ensuring that project deadlines and quality standards are consistently met will also fall under your purview.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with sales and development teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Keeping the team updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing will be essential to maintaining a competitive edge.
Finally, you will prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, accompanied by actionable plans for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, including at least one year in a leadership role. A proven track record of managing campaigns specifically for U.S.-based clients is essential.
You should have hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, email marketing, and local SEO strategies. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively manage teams and coordinate projects. You must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions under pressure. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
