Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the attraction and seamless integration of new talent into the organization. Managing employee relations is a critical aspect of this role, requiring the HR professional to address workplace issues promptly and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
In addition, the role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and legal requirements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for administering HRIS and payroll systems, guaranteeing timely and precise employee compensation and benefits management.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a minimum of 16 years of education, with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is required as the minimum educational qualification. Candidates should have at least three years of proven experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, HR operations, and payroll/HRIS management. Demonstrated ability to manage these areas effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
