As we broaden our global footprint, we are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable growth through targeted SEO and PPC strategies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing initiatives that firmly establish Octal Fox as a leader in the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy:
Support the development and execution of global marketing campaigns that align with Octal Fox’s brand vision and business objectives. Create marketing content that resonates across diverse cultures and markets, working closely with regional teams to tailor strategies according to local trends and customer preferences. Emphasize lead generation to attract and convert high-quality prospects worldwide. Monitor and report campaign ROI to ensure alignment with overall growth targets.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to boost organic search rankings and increase site traffic. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to analyze SEO performance and user engagement, providing actionable insights. Continuously refine SEO strategies to improve visibility and integrate SEO efforts into broader lead generation campaigns.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising:
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Develop paid search strategies focused on lead generation, efficient ad spend, and improved conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages to maximize ROI. Regularly monitor PPC performance and implement lead capture techniques to enhance lead quality and nurture prospects effectively.
Campaign & ROI Focus:
Assist in managing global multi-channel campaigns to ensure they meet brand consistency and lead generation goals. Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and optimize the sales funnel. Employ a data-driven approach by tracking ROI, lead conversion rates, and cost-per-lead metrics. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and measure revenue impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports for global marketing, SEO, and PPC initiatives. Use insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and overall strategy to maximize lead generation and conversions. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm changes, and PPC platform updates. Leverage marketing analytics tools to identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ones.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work collaboratively with internal teams including content, design, product, and sales to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals. Maintain clear and effective communication across global teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in campaign execution. Foster strong partnerships with sales teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on lead generation, SEO, and PPC.
- Proven experience managing global marketing campaigns, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong expertise in SEO best practices and tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Skilled in campaign management, ROI tracking, and improving lead conversion rates.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for delivering measurable results.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
- This is a full-time, on-site position with a starting salary from Rs70,000 per month.
- Expected start date: June 17, 2025.
