Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing airline ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds efficiently using Galileo and Sabre GDS platforms. Accuracy in fare calculations is crucial, ensuring compliance with airline policies and IATA regulations. The role requires effective coordination with airlines, clients, and internal teams to maintain seamless operational workflows. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear, professional communication at all times are essential aspects of the job. Additionally, the candidate must be adaptable to changing travel demands and schedule adjustments to meet client needs promptly.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience working within an IATA-based travel company. Proficiency in both Galileo and Sabre GDS systems is mandatory. A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is required to qualify for this position. Candidates should demonstrate a strong command of the English language, with at least Level 3 proficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role. A genuine passion for the travel industry and a dedication to providing outstanding service are also key. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to accommodate the demands of the travel business.
