Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our team on a full-time basis at our Sunder Industrial Estate location in Raiwind. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and resolving network and software issues, designing and deploying network infrastructure, and delivering technical support to clients. This hands-on position involves troubleshooting systems, installing software, and performing regular data backups to ensure operational continuity. The role is based on-site and offers a competitive salary along with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and resolve network-related problems to maintain seamless business operations.
- Promptly address software issues reported by clients, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
- Design, plan, and implement network infrastructure solutions that align with organizational requirements and growth plans.
- Conduct software installations and manage routine data backup procedures to safeguard system data and integrity.
- Respond to system and network queries, providing timely technical assistance and support to end-users.
- Possessing knowledge of AutoCAD and graphic design tools is advantageous and will support related tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate level (equivalent to high school completion).
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in technical roles involving network management, software support, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
