Job Summary
Unity Films Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic media production company based in Rawalpindi, is looking for a passionate and skilled Video Editor to join our creative team on-site. This opportunity is available as both a full-time role and an internship, ideal for individuals eager to hone their editing skills in a professional environment. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw footage into engaging visual narratives for a variety of platforms, including social media, corporate campaigns, short films, and marketing materials. This position offers valuable hands-on experience with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Please note, candidates must be available to work and attend interviews on-site, as remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Enhance final videos by incorporating effects, transitions, titles, music, and sound effects to create polished and professional outputs.
- Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and content creators to ensure visual consistency and a smooth storytelling flow.
- Organize and manage media assets efficiently, including footage management and exporting deliverables in required formats.
- Keep up-to-date with current video trends and contribute innovative editing ideas to improve content quality.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is essential.
- Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, audio synchronization, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Submission of a portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video editing work is mandatory for application consideration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
