Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final selection, ensuring we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate proficiency with various recruitment tools and software. This position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing job postings across multiple platforms to reach a wide pool of qualified candidates. You will actively source talent through social media channels, job boards, and networking events to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires. Your role includes thoroughly screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for subsequent evaluation stages.

Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for all parties involved. Maintaining timely updates and providing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process is essential to uphold our company’s reputation and candidate engagement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in recruitment or human resources, demonstrating a solid understanding of hiring practices and candidate evaluation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to effectively engage with both candidates and internal hiring teams. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously is essential.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is required to streamline and optimize the hiring process. Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and handle competing demands efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month
